Wow! So this is my first time at a Jimmy John's! I ordered a little john combo the cashier charged me full price for judt a... sandwich also tried to change me for free pickels. Both guys working at the location 9079 Katy Fwy #A1 in Houston should not ever have a job in customer service. May 3, 2021... almost 2 months after the mask order for the state was lifted I was told I couldn?t be served unless I had a mask on even though5 feet away from me a man was sitting and eating without his mask on. Then I presented a coupon for a free 8? sandwich that Ireceived for joining the email list (that didn?t have an expiration date) and was told it was expired. I showed him the couponand asked him to show me where and he didn?t. So I barked an order at him to just make me a sandwich. Awful!
