Called in an order for delivery.., only to have to find that it was left at the leasing office.. I take partial blame for not... remembering to give my apt#. But I?m not a new customer to this place, nor was my address ever verified by the person taking theorder.. common courtesy of a call once getting back to the store, would of been nice.. excuse of not getting in the gate @2pm isnot good enough.. My family and I ordered one sand which on Mother?s Day at 3:30pm. We sat down to quickly eat it and as I opened the sand which... the guy behind the counter said ?sorry but we are actually closing?. My partner then asked can we not eat here quickly and hesaid well we are about to close sorry. Not the best service to kick paying customers out 30 minutes before you close justbecause you want to leave your job. Your business hours state until 4pm. Read more

SO the sandwiches are good. However the guy working the register older white guy, with glasses truly hates his job. I don't know... why he still works here when hating his job so much. It is cringe worthy to have to go in here and order food from him. He isvery unpleasant, seems like you ordering is putting him out of his way. He is the whole reason I wont return. Once you hirebetter staff that may actually have a personality and some customer service skills I can go to other sandwich places that are100x nicer and more enjoyable to order food from. Read more

I really this location , the service is extremely fast either way . Pick up or delivery . I usually order a turkey/ avocado or... the tuna . All of the veggies on the sandwiches are always fresh , and they give you good size portions . One thing i wish theywould do is make the wheat bread in the 16 inch . Pricing is slightly more expensive than the other sandwich shops . The twosubs I?ve pictured below cost me 33$ bucks ????. Read more
Okay folks, I love a great sandwich, and usually buy Schlotzsky's, I've always love Jimmy John's bread, but only had it a few... times at my hotel, the Marriott Westchase. I got a cancellation from Schlotzsky's for some reason and went to Jimmy's instead.I'm so glad I did! First of all, my delivery was here in 22 minutes!!!!
