Stopped in for a nice dinner this afternoon, the gentleman working the regester with the beard and longer light brown... hair/backwards hat obviously doesn't take cleanliness at all seriously! This guy was sitting down eating when I came in, hejumped up to take my order, didn't wash his hands and was still chewing his food. The biggest issue was the entire time hedidn't wear a mask!!! I watched him help 4 other guests and no mask. I didn't think he even had one or cared... him and theother staff member went outside to smoke. Every available table was dirty. It looked as if they had not been wiped all day. Ithought Jimmy John's took safely seriously especially during these times, I guess not.. very disappointed!! I regret stopping,hope I don't get sick. The food is good and the customer service is not the best. sometimes great depending on who helps you but some employees are... very rude and distasteful. Over all I love Jimmy Johns as a sandwich shop but I had an incident with this particular location. Ilive and work about a mile and a half (6 minute drive) from this store and about 3 miles (12 minute drive) from anotherlocation. I called this one to see if they could deliver to my job but I was told I was in a grey area for delivery meaning noJimmy Johns delivers to my home nor job. After I was told that information I was told a specific driver would deliver to me if Igave him an exceptional tip. I said okay yeah sure ill give him a larger tip for delivering to me although I am in a grey area.The woman took my order, address, and my card information and placed my order. I asked for her name and the drivers name so inthe future i?d know who to speak to when I wanted delivery. I was only on break which is an hour so after about 50 minutes ofwaiting I called back and advised them to just cancel the order considering I would have no time left to eat. Within the sameweek I had card fraud. Someone had paid their electricity bill and ordered over $60 worth of Pizza Hut using my card. I closedmy card and had a new one sent. I called the electricity company that charged my account and they were able to give me the nameof the person that paid their bill which was Ashley Brown, the same person who took my order that never came at Jimmy Johns.This made me no longer want to eat at this location knowing one of the managers used my personal information to purchase foodand pay bills. I love this location. I've only had one issue here...almost got into a car accident with a driver..but I went in and talked to... the manager and he comped me a free meal. Other than that I've always had a wonderful experience here! Love the workers, themanagers, everyone Is always so nice and quick! Read more
Well, i came in at 9:40pm or so. Pretty much closed at that point but they did make a pretty darn good Italian sub. Attitude... was ok, but I was the only one there. Floor was wet and slippery. A lot of construction in the back area by the JJ location. All in all a good sub, not sure I would go back. Maybe to go only. This location does NOT accept the JJ rewards program,shame. Yea, clerk didn?t seem too happy for me to come in, but then she did did wish me a good night. So maybe it?s just her... personality. It was my first time going inside of a jimmy johns as I usually order delivery, so I did have a couple of questionsabout a new item as compared to an olde one. BUT, being that it?s not exactly right around the corner for me, I was verydisappointed to come home and notice that here is no peppers on my Italian night club.
