I have gone to this location for years. I do not know if the ownership has changed or they are unaware of what is going on at... this location. I will be calling corporate. First of all the glass in the door is filthy. I was there last month and thought itwas a fluke that I had to scream my order because they could not hear the customers over the blasting music. Tried againyesterday, same thing but this time employees were finger popping to the music that was full volume. I will not scream in orderto have an employee hear me. So of course I left and went to the Vintage location. It is really sad that we can not even supportlocal businesses because of poor management. I guess keeping their employees happy is more important than customers. I willnever ho back. Read more

It pains me to give a 2 star to a Jimmy John's, this review is purely based on the service/sandwich making ability at this... specific location. Let me be clear, I LOVE Jimmy John's and we get it weekly for lunch. We recently moved to the area and thisis the one that is closest, therefore the only option when ordering delivery on the app. We gave them 3 tries...first deliverytook SO LONG (not freaky fast) and was wrong, out of 2 sandwiches my toppings were incorrect and the other was a completelydifferent sandwich. I called the store and the supposed manager answered and said they will bring the right one to us when theyhave time and that we had to give back the other sandwich (weird). It took another hour to get the correct order. Next deliverywe had a similar problem, toppings were wrong and the bread was almost burned. The 3rd try we decided to go into the store sowe could make sure our order was correct. The staff was NOT friendly, I don't need them to do a song and dance but good customerservice with a smile and conversation is not hard. The girl making the sandwiches literally looked at us like she had never seena human before, and the order taker was clearly out of it. I know JJ's is a franchise, I would ask that the owner of thisestablishment take some time to hire friendly, competent people to uphold JJ's standards. I was in the Drive-Thru for about 10 minutes and no one came to the drive-thru window. I attempted to enter through the door but... there was a sign that stated drive through only. I even called the store phone and no one answered. I'm not certain what wasgoing on, but I would have been very frustrated if I did a to-go order like I normally do and had to wait or never have gottenmy order. Ordered 4 sandwiches at 7:00 They were delivered at 7:44. I live 4 mins from the store according to Google maps. 2 of the 4... sandwiches I ordered came without the turkey... so turkey and provolone without turkey. Definitely seems like they need moreemployees ???? Read more

Let me start off by saying that I love Jimmy John's and as a traveling locksmith on a diet, I eat Jimmy John's roughly two to... three times a week to avoid the fast food places. From the moment I walked into this location at 5pm, I felt unwanted. Theemployees we're inattentive and you could tell they had no interest in being there. I chose to ignore this as I was hungry and Ireally wanted a Jimmy John's sandwich. After I ordered my food I went to the restroom and came out to see that my food was done.I went to sit at a table and the employee informed me that they had just finished cleaning inside. Note: Once again, this is at5:00 p.m. 3 hours before they close. He was telling me that he didn't want me eating inside because they had just cleaned. Aftera bit of back and forth with him, he agreed to let me sit and eat my sandwich in the air conditioning rather than be subject toeating it in my warm van. After opening the wrapper for my sandwich, at first glance it already looked a little different thanmost Jimmy John's sandwiches but once again I pushed forward. Despite eating the entire Sandwich, this had to be the mostpitiful Jimmy John's offering I have ever had. The bread was certainly not made up to par and the lettuce had an almostastringent flavor. I left this location feeling queasy with a bad taste in my mouth rather than satiated. A very poor example ofwhat Jimmy John's has to offer. Read more

Staff was horrible, I repeated order 4 times and they still managed to mess it up. Staff was rude and rushing us to place a... order, excuse me for it being my first time at one of these establishments! Oddly enough when you pull in they don?t have theneon lights on, I?ve seen this done at business when they?re trying to keep people from coming in. Oh well it was worth a trybut never returning. Ordered a meal over the weekend and it was delivered to the wrong address, when I called the store they were closing and would... not remake my order (30 minutes to closing) so they offered me store credit for my trouble since they could not refund my ordereither. Went to pick up an order today and walked in to an empty store as both employees were hanging out in their vehicles inthe parking lot instead of tending the store. Was told they were out of wheat bread for a sandwich and discovered that in factI had been lied to and was not given store credit at all. Constant issue with this store with deliveries missing wholesandwiches (half my order) orders being made incorrectly, and little effort by employees or management to seemingly want to fixthe issues. I'd give a pass on this location and look for a sandwich elsewhere. Read more
