My sandwich was so badly made. Not enough meet and no cheese. So disappointed
They truly need to be embarrassed of what they try to pass off as a sandwich. No disrespect but real honesty. I ordered lunch... for a rather large crew, well over 70 good people. There was BARELY ANY MEAT. 98% Bread and Lettuce. People were taking meatfrom one sandwich and placing it on another sandwich and still it was NOT enough to make a respectable meal. My crew showed mewithout complaining and said we are getting ripped off from this place. We did GET RIPPED OFF and that is the last time we bringour business to Jimmy Johns. My crew works hard and deserves a good honest meal. We had to order pizzas to feed everyone afterthis embarrassing display of cheapness on their part. Read more

Jimmy Johns has the best bread for a sub. I love the zesty turkey garden club sandwich, even if it is a limited time... sandwich. The chocolate chip cookie is also one of the best cookies in a sub shop, the only way they could improve is to openup their own bakery. My only gripe is with the app rewards? after buying four meals obtain a FREE SIDE OF GUACAMOLE ????! Afteranother 5 orders you are entitled to A FREE DRINK ????! Or A free PICKLE!!! Will never be ordering from here again!!! Not only was my order 15 to 20 minutes late but its wrong as well. Called the manager... who is a COMPLETE JERK because I called 3 times at 1130, 1145 and 1155 to check on my order and he went off on my for harassinghis staff. I'm sorry you have food that I've paid for and tipped. That is late!!! I only get a 25 minute lunch so now I can'teven eat my food!!! Read more
The Absolute worst Jimmy Johns to order from. This was the 3rd time they messed up my order, so I finally called down and spoke... with their GM, the argument got heated. I had placed an order over their app, paid extra for extras on the sub, they sent thesub without extras but it cost me almost double. The GM refused to do anything, he said I would need to bring the sub back, eventhough I had placed a delivery order over lunch and was now an hour away, wouldn't even refund me the extra money that I paid.We argued and he started swearing at me. 100% unprofessional and this GM should be fired. I am disgusted that Jimmy John's wouldhire such low class management. They just lost a good customer. Read more
