Reliably mediocre location. The past three visits have been less than ideal. Missing ingredients, poor quality or construction... (cheese steaks are supposed to integrate cheese/meat, not steak with a lump of cold cheese on the side). Reported the issuethrough the app the first time, simply observed the last two. Never had issue with the League City or Baybrook locations. Read more

I love this place for quick and fresh sandwiches. I don't even particularly like sandwiches, but if I need something quick and... easy, Jersey Mike's is it. They slice the meat right when you order, they'll grill up the hot meats when you order, the veggieshave always tasted fresh, and the service is just great. They have a great group of people working there who try their best toget everything perfect for the customer. It's totally worth the price (because a $10 sub was crazy to me at first) but it's justso darn good! Read more

Rosie, Seth and Nathan were absolutely wonderful. I came in with an order with 8 different sandwiches. None of them as the menu... describes. They were happy and eager to accommodate each and every alteration. The best part is they got everything spot in.Perfect and with a smile. Great job Read more

Just got some subs from here tonight, first time at this store. The girl by the register, didn't look up from her phone until I... was almost to the counter. She did greet me, but she did it as if she is required to, which she probably is. There were twoother people working at the time. One guy, near the grill, would hardly look me in the eye, even as I ordered, and wanted me toorder my warm subs first with him, that he wrote on a to-go pad .Then the girl, at the other end of the counter near theregister, asked me about my cold one, and rang them all up there. She started asking me about what I wanted on my sandwich, fromin front of the fixings near the middle of the counter, before I had even pulled my card from the machine, so I actually forgotit in there for a sec until the machine started beeping at me, thank goodness. I felt rushed by the staff even though there wereno other customers in the store. It felt very discombobulated/unorganized. It was neat to watch the 2nd guy cook the ingredientson the grill, though, very fresh obviously. And while I waited, I was looking around at the pictures on the wall and such, andnoticed that most of the tables were dirty with crumbs and such, because they hadn't been wiped down or cleaned off. Again, there were no other customers in the store. It's not like were too busy to get to them. They did write the sub names on the bagsthey were put in, so that's a nice touch, not having to guess which sub is which. The problem though, is that one of the subswas beef instead of the chicken I ordered. Now, I'm wondering if they made my husband's chicken when he ordered beef. Won't findout till he gets back home. I like beef as well though, so I ate it anyway. Will have to say it was very delicious! Good meat toveggies portions, great taste, and I didn't feel like I was just eating mostly bread. Again, very good, but with all the othernegative things thrown in there, I will probably only consider trying them again in a few mon Read more

Best sandwiches in town. The quality of the sandwich that they provide and other items far exceeds any other sandwich shops that... I've been to lately. Read more
