Damn great tasting subs. Once you eat one, you won't visit another sub chain. They are that good!!
The customer service was top notch. I have no issues there, but my sandwich was nasty, which is a first. I don?t think I ever... had a bad sandwich from JM, but here we are. The bacon tasted real chewy and was stringy, it was weird because like it didn?thave enough flavor but was salty at the same time. Short version: order was 30 minutes late and very wrong. 2 weeks in a row I had to wait about 50 minutes for my order via app,... about 30 minutes past the pickup time they provided. They promote their app heavily but then give greater priority to walk-ins.I don't mind waiting but at least be accurate and respect my time. To make it worse, today they got my sandwich entirely wrong.. gave me someone else's without extra protein I paid for. But I was so late getting back to work I could not go back. Read more
Jersey mike at the Kirby location should be , if it is not already?.the benchmark of how an establishment should operate. It?s... an awesome experience and I am not saying this lightly, I?m from NY, and critical as hell?lol but they work in unison allowingthe customer to get in and out while still feeling valued and recognized. I can?t recall one time entering the restaurant without being acknowledged. It?s like they know each and every customer? the food is always well prepared and again, I have yetto have a problem with my orders. I can go to the Kirby location and know it going to be right, fresh and cozy. Thank you to allof the Kirby Team. You are all so amazing. Your manager must show her/his appreciation quite regularly, why else would you allbe in such a good upbeat, joyful manner. This type of behavior just can?t be forced. Its a good sub place. The veggie sub was SO delicious and filling. The veggies and cheese were so fresh. I would not recommend... to take the sub as a bowl, the quantity is way too less. We also had the meatless mushroom sub, although it tasted good, when Iopened the wrapper the bread was falling apart ( as seen in the picture). I also think the subs are a bit too pricey for thequantities. Read more
It was my first time eating at this restaurant and after my 3 day fasting, hubby wanted to treat me to something new and... possibly healthier. So, he brought me here! I ordered the #26 Chicken Bacon Ranch Sub and he got the #13 Original Sub, 2 bags ofchips and get this.... Watermelon Tea!!!!!! I have never had Watermelon Tea... ever and I love it!!! Oh and I love thesandwich. Restrooms were clean and well-stocked with the necessities and roomy. The employees were nice and attentive, the manwas very soft spoken but we he got the order right and done under 4 mins of us being in the restaurant. I will definitely bedoing that again soon! Ordered via post mates to take to my wife in the nearby hospital. Not only were these folks spot on with the order, they were 20... minutes ahead of every single post mates notification. Fast. Super fast. And I was greeted the moment I walked into the door asif I were a regular. Thankful for the service during such a crazy time for my family. Keep up the good work. Read more
