These guys simply make the best sandwiches in the world! Consistent whether I buy in OKC or Tulsa or Houston.
Worse experience ever! I placed a large online order and came 20 mins late for my pick up time knowing it was a lunch rush so I... wanted to allow some wiggle room only to discover that my order was not ready or made. After several attempts to speak tosomeone and after continually being ushered over to the pickup order rack Alan associate finally informed me that my order wasmade but someone must have grabbed it from the pickup rack accidentally. No apology no offer of a complimentary beverage ordiscount considering I?ve been waiting upwards of 30 mins for an order that should have been ready 50 mins ago. Based on thisexperience alone I would not return to this location. Ordinarily you would except a certain level of serve at a Jersey Mike?sclearly the same standard cannot be expected at this location. This is bull, allow an order when you're not open. I just crossed 2 lanes of busy traffic to an UNOPEN store. Solid... marketing and order acceptance. Take my money but give me nothing and cant cancel my order at the least... thank goodness JimmyJohn's next door is open with their succulent hot Italian... And next... an email to call me spam... Stopped going to the other location and started here , I usually get 2-3 sandwiches a week from Jersey Mikes. Today I went and... dude making my sandwich is too fast putting it together, not focusing on consistency (no one in store btw) , hurriedly preparedmy sandwich and I had to tell him multiple times to add a bit more of (onions, vinegar etc) . First time I?ve ever seen someonesquirt the vinegar in such a tiny amount. Staff is friendly, but dude needs to be trained better, it?s not a race when you?remaking my sandwich. This Jersey Mike?s is top notch! Never had any issues with ordering in person nor through the mobile app. Their actual... establishment is cold so don?t expect to eat there if you aren?t a polar bear. Read more

7/28/2020 1st time eating at a Jersey Mike's chain. My online order was completed under the 15 min promise and waiting in a... clearly marked brown paper bag on a table across checkout. Staff did a great job with social distance enforcement by thecheckout area. #55 Big Kahuna Chicken Cheese Steak had a nice jalapenos kick but on the salty side and definitely not afootlong. Was the order good? Decent. Was it worth $9.69 (taxes included) for the sub again? No. Highly unlikely to orderat this chain again; Subway's has more bang for your buck and costs less. Read more
This is the second time we have come in and they have shut down the restaurant by 8:40 and said the grill wasn?t working. If you... are open, I would think you would serve your patrons and not turn them away especially if there is still 20 min to closing time. Read more
