This James Coney Island is my least favorite so far. It took several minutes to be acknowledged and then to order. The food was... good, but we had to ask for forks as they were out at the condiment station. The bathroom smelled like a dirty diaper. Read more

Service was good but we got there a little after they opened and our hotdog buns were hard and stale. They gave us new hotdogs,... but why did they give them to us to begin with. You have the bun in your hand and can tell its hard, so why serve it? Read more

Good food...clean But while I was there several customers walked up to the doors that were locked for one reason or another and... the workers behind the counter didn't notice them and they walked away. I honk you should put a doorbell to let someone know youhave customers at the door and the customers won't be walking away so quickly. What a great staff and restaurant! I told them how long it had been since I'd visited a James Coney Island and they gave me tons... of info, kept me laughing, and really made me feel welcome. The food was amazing and I tried the new Country Fried Hotdog, itwas SO tasty. Sure, it's probably bad for me but it was yummy beyond belief!
