Went there at 5:15pm. They said they were closed. I asked when would they be open. She said ?like at 6 o?clock?.
Just ordered a sandwich here, and had to leave before it was ready to catch my flight. (my own fault for not giving myself... enough time). After I left, the manager sprinted the sandwich halfway across the airport, found me and gave it to me rightbefore I got to the gate!!! So great to see the folks here care about their customers enough to go above and beyond like that.Forever a customer now when in IAH. Read more
My sandwich was great, and really big. Ordering process kind of confusing though.
I ordered a California Club and received half of a Club Royale sandwich instead. Super disappointed by the time I made it back... to my gate B88 it was time to catch my connecting flight. I was left disappointed and hungry after traveling back from afuneral. Read more

Always good salad. Drinks are good. Prices are just a tad higher then I would like but the quality makes up for it.
Cashier was very friendly and helpful as I don?t come here?ever, but the line at Chik-fil-A was insanely long this was my first... time here. But the only drinks they had available were Coke, Diet Coke, Sprite, and Jason?s Deli brand bottles water. Onlydrinks available were bottled, no soda fountain. I grabbed some chips and god the ?Beef Eater? sandwich. The bag of chips waspractically empty when I opened it. The meat on the sandwich was a disturbing combination of half tepid/room temperature andhalf very cold. I don?t normally eat here, and will never eat here again because of this. Not sure why all the negative reviews...as far as "airport" food, this was a great, healthier option than most places!! And for... around $11.50 for the Manager's special, I was totally satisfied and this was probably the cheapest meal I've had at an airport! 1/2 California Club, Broccoli Cheese Soup and Chips!
