Either this location has drastically gone down in service or the evening staff needs a bit more training and development as I... visited the restaurant I was greeted by two people at the front, one who took my order. Upon arriving at the salad bar therewas several empty containers, food scattered everywhere, a tray left unattended, no lids for cups drink station littered withtrash but then as I proceed to the dining room all with the exception of 2 booths were dirty and yet when I look over at thefront, the two cashiers or managers, whoever they are we?re sitting down talking, this is not acceptable. I approached a younglady and ask her if she was a manager I brought these things to her attention instead of her coming to address them, she goes inthe back and get somebody who attempts to come and cleans the tables. As a manager, the presentation of your dining room, andyour food stations are reflection of how you manage, do a better job perhaps a walking thru so that you don?t give therestaurant a bad reputation. To the owner or GM lots of your selection are missing or alt fill ins. Perhaps it?s a supplychain issues but suspect this store needs leadership attention. No business it?s too successful to fail for a lack of payingattention to their finished product or customer service. Hello, walked in for a To-Go and ordered what I wanted. But I didn?t notice off hand, that items were charged incorrectly and... the item size was also wrong. I am disappointed at myself for not catching it before leaving the restaurant. But I truly believethat they should be ready out your order back to you, just as a courtesy. I wasted valuable time here and lost money, because Ipaid more. I don?t think they should be having any cashier take order?s with out the proper training?s. They had five registers and only one cashier, the managers were walking around aimlessly while the line built up. I purchased a... large bowl of soup, I asked for extra crackers from the cashier and she stated she added it to my order. Once I received my foodI seen that the manager that bagged my food only gave me two. I said excuse me ma'am and she never turned back around. Anothermanager had to give me crackers but she only gave me two more. By the time I received my soup, the doorway was crowded withpeople and only one cashier still checking customers out. Read more

Went in this place a while back just tried to forget. Walked in and placed my order asked a question I think sh answered it.... The other gets off the phone and they start talking in Spanish assuming i would understand which i think is rude. went and sitdown they brought my food out and it was just the salad and i had ordered the salad and sandwich. go up and told the cashier iordered the sandwich and she goes oh sorry i thought you wanted the salad. Just looked at me like what do you want me to do. None the less havent gone back. Read more
