Im at Jason's deli now. When I say there is an employee named Steven that is giving phenomenal customer service to each and... every one of his customers ????. He was extremely polite to customers as they entered the restaurant with a huge smile, as wellas answering the phone with speedy timing and response..There was a customer with a small child who seem to have a tiny tantrumand though Steven was busy, tried to make small talk with a child and offered a cookie to calm the child down. I absolutely adore your beef stew but this chicken and rice soup is terrible!!! It tastes like chicken pot pie soup without the... crust. You need to try Panera Bread's chicken and rice for comparison - It is wonderful. Read more

First time eating inside a restaurant since October 2020. I've ordered a lot from Jason's through Door Dash. The food is always... consistent. I love the salad bar and was glad to still see some COVID19 prevention measures in the restaurant--cashier wasmasked, and trays included plastic gloves. Kudos to them! One of my guilty pleasures is Jason's mac and cheese. It is similarto the stuff from a box but .... it is SO good. I also love the flavored teas--black currant and hibiscus, in addition toregular iced tea. The salad bar was in great shape, and it was nice to enjoy a quiet lunch out on a Saturday afternoon. (First time here) Everything was clean, clear marks to observe social distancing and employees were wearing masks. Not too... noisy, and not too dimly lit :). Great atmosphere, friendly employees and the we didn't even have to wait up to 15 minutes forthe food. 10/10. Read more
Experience was not so well. First the associates or Management does not greet the guest. Was given cold chicken tenders and when... returned to get more the food was put in a bowl and not returned with chips. Not a very good experience and hope they can bemore guest focused and less on the phones. Read more
