Quite possibly the best Jason's deli in Houston. Most of the staff are very friendly and helpful. The salad bar is usually kept... clean and fresh. Although there's a definite issue of dumb people that will use tongs or ladle from one thing and use foranother thing. For example, they would take the potato salad ladle and use it for the beets. Leaving the ladle covered in thebeet juice and bits of potato salad floating in the beets. Sandwiches are generally on point. Plus i think they have the bestice cream machine out of any that I've tried at other JD. Read more

Surreal experience. Walked in, welcomed warmly by the busser, very sweet lady. No one else acknowledged me until the lady asked... loudly, and then the lady behind the register yelled loudly at the other employee who was face first into his phone. After helifted his head, just proceeded to stare at me, no words said. I gave my order, paid, and walked away, barely any words from thecashier other than to ask me for my side choices. And while I wait for my food, I can see the cashier picking his nose and notwashing his hands afterwards. Worst experience at a Jason?s Deli by far. Would be one star if the food wasn?t ok. Editing tolower to 1 star, the fruit cup on my order had moldy strawberries. Never using this location again. Read more

My husband and I went with a group of 16-18 people on a Sunday evening. Service was quick for some, slow for others, and VERY... slow for a few, and the orders were all similar. The quarter muffeletta (ham) I had was excellent. My husband had their"special," the Frito chili pie, which he said was mostly Fritos and awful. The ice-cream machine was giving outchicolate/vanilla swirl only -- quite a disappointment! Read more

The Broccoli Cheese soup is my all time favorite creamy and delicious. The tomato basil soup is really good as well. As for... sandwiches all the ones I have tried have been unique but very good. They have a salad bar as an option and i really like it.They also have free ice cream cones! Read more

I went in the evening, and I ordered a panini with turkey and avocado. It was pretty average. The sweet tea was alright. Not too... sweet, which was good. I also enjoyed the free self-serve ice cream cone at the end. The machine worked well. Now, here issomething they can do to improve. There were very visible spider webs by the booths and ceiling. The kind that a manager can seein the morning during a walk through before opening. Read more

I love the variety in the salad bar, and I can create my own dressing with olive oil and balsamic vinegar, thereby avoiding any... dressings with added sugars. Friendly employees. Paper towels well stocked in women's bathroom. Gloves and masks required, Ithink. At the end of the glorious salad bar is a combination of walnuts, pumpkin seeds, raisins and craisins; I'd really liketo see the craisins eliminated from that mixture because I'm pretty sure craisins(dried cranberries)have added sugar, which I'mtrying to avoid. So I end up picking out some walnuts because the pumpkin seeds are too difficult to pick out, or I'd get those, too. I like having carrots and cucumbers to go with the hummus, but just for the salad, I'd love to see shredded carrots. Also,if Jason's deli could create their own version of Annie's Goddess dressing (vegan), that is my favorite dressing ever and it hasno sugar added. Read more
