I am eight months pregnant and Jamba Juice has been one of my main cravings, as a matter of fact early on I was very sick and... this was one of the only things I could keep down. Several times I have arrived too early in the morning or too late in theevening which is always disappointing, but my own fault. Anderson has come to recognize me and has not only made exceptions bymaking my smoothie just a couple minutes before open but also once upgraded my drink to a larger size just to make up for allthe times I?ve missed out. Being remembered is a kindness in itself, but to go out of his way to make up for my own bad timingis another level of customer service. He always has a smile to offer and makes an absolutely delicious smoothie. Thank you fortaking care of this Jamba obsessed pregnant lady, you deserve a raise! Read more

Called 8 times no one answered?.drive 30 mins, showed up and had a gift card and they couldn?t use it because their system was... down, they turned me away even though I had a gift card for their store. Very unprofessional:/ Read more

Horrible place to get Jamba Juice at. I stood by the register for a while waiting for someone to take my order one of the... employees was busy showing some guy her nails and the other employee was in the back on his phone or texting With no rush atall. Whenever the employee finished up with his cellphone he took my order I had my card out ready to pay the guy just standsthere and tells me in a rude tone of voice ?ok! Insert your card!!? didn?t even tell me my total! i ignored it at this point Ihave no energy for this rudeness especially not from Jamba Juice. I then go to the other side where I ?pick up? my drink and thegirl employee is finishing up pouring my drink and just LITERALLY slides my drink to me with attitude no thank you no nothing atthis point you might as well throw the drink at me. HORRIBLE customer service!! I saw a hiring sign too PLEASE stop hiringpeople like this I know times may be rough and short staffed but atleast hire decent employees not unprofessional carelesspeople. Love Jamba but today's experience was horrible. The people working were not very professional, language was unprofessional,... gave the guy in front us one of our drinks so they had to remake it, and one of our other drinks was supposed to be an alohapineapple and tastes like a strawberry surf rider. First off, I understand its NYE. This mall opened at 10am. I went to the stall, which had 3-4 employees. When I approached the... cashier and began to ask questions about the bowls, he said the stall was closed. I was perplexed and asked the young man whenthey would open, (since all 3-4 employees were on the clock) and they said in thirty minutes. I arrived at 10:30. It's been anhour. I watched quietly, and witnessed many conversations and bouts of laughter, but barely any movement to get the stall ready.I am still watching this go on. They have turned 3 guests away already. If I could give this place zero stars I would. The customer service was non existent. I stood there for over five minutes trying... to be assisted and no one came to help. Someone else came and they helped him out instead? It took the other costumer to put apause on their conversation to tell them I was there? And the girl continued their conversation. What a joke! Spoke to themanager (which isn?t even location at Willowbrook..) and she couldn?t even give me a voucher for 10% on my next drink. Don?twaste your time or money. Read more

Wonderful service. I almost eat a chunky strawberry bowl every day, and every time I go I am greeted with a warm smile by Mr.... Walter. I've never had a problem with this Jamba Juice. He knows what he's doing and is a hard working man. 10/10 great service. Read more
