I find the staff to now be on the upswing - took a while for these folks to understand that when I say "I want the food for... HERE" to give me a tray. Which has been my biggest issue. I don't like eating out of a bag on-prem. I still hold two starsagainst them for this, because up until two visits ago, when I said "for here" and I would get a bag and I said to the kid"Excuse, I said for here" and the kid goes (cannot make this up) "Yeah, I know - you can eat it here" and I said "No, give methe tray." He gave me a blank stare. I said "I am eating here, on premises, at a table - I will NOT eat out of a bag. Give mea tray" More blank stares. Finally, a woman working back there came out and grabbed the bag from the kid and grabbed a trayand fixed it, though that was literally the third time that happened. Worst fast food drive thru ever! People working here doesn?t know the menu well either.
Honestly, every time I come to this location the curly fries are stale. It?s been on more than one occasion I guess they just... let it sit out under the lamp. I don?t think I will go to this location again. Read more

Went through the drive thru and seems like they didn't have but one or two people working. Poor little drive thru person was... running back and forth from the front counter to the drive thru. And I'm gonna assume there was someone else doing the cooking.I sat in that drive thru for a very long time watching her running back and forth. They totally need more people working there. Read more
Let tell y?all about this jack in the box. This damn food was so fresh. To the young man at the window, I have to commend him... because I was HANGRY and he assisted me very well. My food was fresh and my order was just like I asked for it to be. I liveacross town and will drive all the way back for this fresh food. There was no line and the service was fast. First time in this one and the experience turnef from bad to better thanks to the supervisor or manager because I asked for a... shake and the machine was broken so he decided to give the drink for free and I just paid the meal. Clean place and nice crew. Wish this happen in other fast food places, is not common. Thanks. Read more
In the drive thru lady on the speaker wasn't confirming our order, and because she struggled to hear us, she got an attitude... with us. We repeated our drink order 6 times and told her no ranch on the burger another 6 times. She continued to repeat theorder wrong until she finally just repeated back what we told her.. As we pulled to the window I could hear her on the speakersay "ohhhmaiiii GODDDDUH". When we payed for the order at the window I looked at the receipt. She put ranch on his burger asdouble checked on the receipt. We tried to get the attention of staff, but had to honk twice for someone to approach the windowto fix the order. Upon leaving the order seemed to be correct, munis any ketchup or napkins. Just before pulling away I sippedmy drink and almost threw up. I ordered a cherry lime dr pepper, since they have the machine with extra features. It's one of myfavorite drinks to order here, and I've no issues getting it here before. This drink was not carbonated and tasted like a badfruity cocktail that someone threw up. We pulled around and asked for a refund handing them back our card. They said theycouldn't do a refund. I asked for a coupon. They said no. I finally settled for just a cherry dr pepper. That soda was fine. Asfor the previous drink, Turns out they had served me a minute maid with cherry lime without telling me, even though I clarifiedmy drink order at the window another 4 times. To make things even better, I had to return the following night after searchingmy entire vehicle and house, because they did not give back my card when I asked for a refund the night before. With the timespent looking for my card, circling around the drive through asking for a refund, and the rude dumb girl taking orders, itwasn't worth the drive for the food. Though the food was somewhat fresh and hot when we got it. And the guy working the windowwas pleasant. He's the one who failed to return our card after refusing a refund. Read more
