Decent fast food with an economy menu. Combo meals OVERPRICED for "nothing special" burger and fries. I DO NOT like the so... called new featured buns and pickles: SMALLER buns appear to be buttered; pickles taste like "bread & butter" type dills -inferior to hamburger dills. Jumbo Jack USED TO BE my "go to burger" of choice, but now I have to be REALLY hungry and no whereelse close- by to even consider stopping. Read more
May 2022 -- I mentioned to the lady in the drive-thru one morning recently how some anti-mask nutter had taken the Jack antenna... ball off my work truck, ripped the mask off of it, and then stuck it back on my truck. Now I frequently get my breakfast at thislocation because I'm always rushing out the door, and the drive-thru staff is used to seeing me, but it really surprised me theother day when the lady at the drive-thru handed me a brand-new masked antenna ball -- particularly surprising since these arefrom Christmas 2020. Worst jack i have ever been, food is old and drinks taste like fkn chloride for second time and last
The tacos were burnt. I didn't get extra lettuce that I requested. I had a small cup for ice, the lady snatched it and threw it... in the trash n gave me a water cup when she could have given me the ice in the small cup. She couldn't refuse it bc I hadtouched it. But to snatch it. I won't visit again. And this use to be one of my favorite Jack in the Box to visit. Read more
Sloppy food presentation. Slow service. Rude staff. Dirty sticky tables. Soda machine in a small corner barely even fits.
Being Christmas night, Jack is about the only fast food place open. This particular one is one of my favorites for breakfast... food. They do it well! The guy at the pay window was very nice and not stressed at all. I can only assume they've had a verybusy evening. I got there around a quarter to ten pm. It was just clearing that round. The food was fresh and hot, cooked as itshould be. Thank you for being open always! Read more
I was very excited to try the new 3 piece spicy chicken strips. But very disappointed when I opened the box to find 2 normal... size pieces and couple of mini pieces. I expect 3 full pieces not crumbs. I left message on the number from the receipt. Didn'tget a call back!! Phone just goes to voicemail. Being to be cheap with paying customers is not right. Definitely not be goingback! I recommend everyone check your food before going home. Seems like company don't care about serving food as advertised orcustomer service! Read more
Both drinks, diet coke and sweet tea, tasted "off". The restrooms were locked, when I asked I was told they were unavailable due... to the water bill not being paid. Read more
