I love eating Jack in the Box?s greasy meals as much as the next person, but this particular location has got to be the worst of... all time. I?m not even exaggerating. It?s like playing Russian roulette to determine if they?re going to take your order or not.If you do manage to get someone to acknowledge you at the drive though microphone, you can almost always expect them to have anissue. E.g ?We don?t have cheese right now?, ?We are going through a shift change and won?t be making food for 30 minutes?,?We?re not making that at the moment?, and I could go on. I ordered 2 items from this location from Door dash and they only sent me one and details that I sent like no ice and sauces... were ignored. Do not order from this location they don't care about their online customers and should be reprimanded for theirmistakes. They have stolen money from me for the food I ordered. Shady business practices should be shut down or reformed withmanagement or shift management that can make sure their customers get exactly what they want. This is coming from a gas stationemployee who had worked in fast food and other retail locations. This standard is super sub par and needs to be addressed by theleadership of Jack-in-the-box. Terrible experience. I ordered through the app, it said 5-7 minutes for my order to be ready, I arrived 10 minutes after I... placed the order and they told me through the drive thru that there was no order. I parked, checked my app, came back to thedrive thru and they repeated that they did not receive my order in an angered tone. I went into the restaurant and they finallyrealized that my order was in fact in place. I then had to wait for them to prepare it, then they gave me the wrong stuff, cameback, had to wait again for them to make it right, they did not give me any discount or complimentary products for the 50minutes wasted on a supposedly 5-7 minute online order. I then realized that the food is also substandard (it sucks). Thebuttery jack bacon and swiss burger costs almost 10 dollars and tastes worse than the 2 dollar McDonny burgers, the meat is dry,the cheese is hard and flavorless. It is also extremely small, literally the same diameter as the aforementioned McD burgerwhile costing 5-10 times more. The diet soda tastes sketchy, reminds me of cough syrup. To be fair, the breakfast sandwichesare ok and the tacos are actually good. The only other time I had jack was a chicken sandwich and it was good too, so idk whytheir main thing which is beef burgers are so bad. The app is bad too, changing between menus is slow and sloppy, and there isno way to give feedback to the owner of the franchise or corporate like in other fast food apps. Read more
Staff is ghetto and extremely rude. No one ever took my order and had me waiting for a long time at the speaker. Then when I... went to the window and the young guy on headset was full of attitude for no reason. The lady in the baxk was laughing at hisattitude he gave me. Get better staff. They stand around doing nothing and get attitude when customers ask them to do what theywere hired to do- simply take their order. Avoid this location! Read more

I pulled in to order around 11pm on Sunday 11-20-22 People in front placed their order and pulled around. I get to the speaker,... sit and wait a good 5 minutes just talking with my son. Still nothing so I Say hello , the lady responds " We are closed " ohok, thinking , I'm from out of town maybe They close the Jack n the box's around here. So I pull around going back to Hotelbehind there and see 2 more cars at the drive thru. Lady took their orders with no problem. Then 2 more orders.
