I only go thru the drive-thru, but these guys are always nice & always get my order right.
Went to dine in and this place was absolutely disgusting, I have no idea how they?re still in business here. Ceiling is falling... apart with mold and water leaks, soda tastes like all combined sodas as if the machine has never been serviced and they don?teven have trash cans. Read more

I was here a few times it took me five minutes to order 15 minutes to get the order and nothing was fresh. Driveway is messed up... it?s look like it?s not the clean place to eat this is the worst Jack in the box branch. One star it?s too much for thisplace. Always thought Jack cared for his business, this one needs repairing urgent, the last time I was there had some.water damage and... you could smell the bad odor from the water damaging the roof and some of the internal structure. I think this place can offer abetter service and better customer service. Was disappointed at bathroom cleaners as my son needed to use the bathroom and theysupposedly were cleaning it, but none was doing anything they just decided to close, and even though no one was "cleaning it"they still refused to allow him to use it. I?ve been here 16m now and watched three other cars give up and drive off. There?s at least two signs saying your drive-thru is... open 24h but that doesn?t seem to be the case today? We?d appreciate some sort of sign saying you?ve closed so we know not towait futilely. Thanks! Read more
this location should be permanently closed. i?ve never had a positive experience here. tonight, i ordered 3pc jumbo egg rolls... after a long 12 hour shift since this is one of the only restaurants that is open late. i received 3 frozen egg rolls. ICE COLD.this is inexcusable. Read more
