Honestly I had to leave this review today is August 31, 2022 and to my knowledge COVID-19 has been out since 2019 and monkeypox... has been out for about a year now why is it that Jack-in-the-Box is still touching peoples food without gloves that is sounsanitary and is a lawsuit waiting to happen !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! First and last time coming to this location. When we arrived, the drive through cashier was very unprofessional while taking our... order. They gave us the wrong food when we got to the window and we sat at the drive through waiting for the correct food for awhile. We get our food finally and then go home. When we got home we started eating and before I could even take a bite of mysandwich, I found a LONG hair in it. We got back in the car and went back to this location. We informed the same woman that tookour order what we found. She opened the sandwich and plucked the hair out. She Looked away and called for someone named ?Lupe?.And then walked away laughing. They remade my sandwich and gave us a free cake but i am super disappointed in the service here.Will definitely not be returning. I work in the food service industry as well.
