Are you ever going to give nightshift any help? Several times now I've been stuck in the drive thru for thirty minutes or more.... Y'all made me late to work today :( I know customer are always 'I'm never coming here again!!' and then back the next week...but I genuinely mean it, I'm done with this place. The food is always cold or bread stale and takes forever. Only two cars wereahead of me and it took almost 40 minutes. I drove off without my food as soon as he moved. Nobody's got time for this. Hire newpeople and actually pay/treat them well enough so they want to stay. This is management's fault, too. Take care of your peopleand they won't do your customers like this. Read more
This place likes to play games. I was at the drive thru Sunday night around 9:30pm. Five cars in front of me, but I waited. ... When I get to order I am told they are only taking door dash. Will be complaining to corporate because this is not the firsttime this happened. All five cars plus mine no service. Read more

I ordered tacos and their grande sausage burrito at around 12am something late and it was not good. It seems like they gave me... food that's been sitting out ,the tortilla on the burrito was hard and crusty. I found myself peeling apart the tortilla to eatit and the lettuce in the tacos looked like shredded paper torn off the jack in the box bag and thrown in a tortilla. And theirbreakfast eggs were bad. If you come here ,make sure you check your food to see if it's old before leaving because theyobviously don't care to give fresh food to their customers. Read more

Gave me lots of side eye and ignored my request for adding cheese and no nasty sauce on the chicken sandwiches I ordered, three... of them. Thanks, they all went into the trash. No receipt so made it hard for me to call to complain. Read more
I?ve got to be honest. This is the worst jack in the box in the entirety of Houston. If not the country. They never have... enough staff which tells me the management is not great at all. They always get the orders wrong. You have to wait 10 minutesor more for food. And almost every time I?ve come here they ?only take mobile orders?. I?ve never seen this before in any Jackin the box I?ve ever been too. I live in the neighborhood and I?m done coming here. I?d rather go to the gas station. Read more
Second time now I walked over to get lunch only for the doors to be locked. Is there a reason for this. It's not a bad... neighborhood so getting robbed is not an issue. Is it just lazy employees or not enough employees? Read more
