I ordered on the app and I was waiting for five minutes at the speaker before they said hello. I ordered tacos with extra... lettuce. Not only didn't I get the extra lettuce but they didn't even give me cheese. I added pickles to my chicken sandwich andthey didn't add them either. Apparently reading isn't required to work here. As far as fast food is concerned, I think Jack in the box ranks on the lower end in terms of taste and quality. Unfortunately... there's not much around here besides the Jack in the box or a McDonald's down the road. This location is generally pretty goodthe staff actually try which is saying something in fast food and particularly at other Jack locations where service can beawfully underwhelming. Love their Oreo shakes much better then McDonald's mcflurry. Best part about this location is being open24hrs a day. Apart from the gas station there is nothing else in this area to satisfy your late night munchies and you cangenerally expect the drive thru to be around the corner at 3 am. Worth the wait though and line always moves pretty quickthey'll often give you extra sides and condiments too they're not shy about that. Definitely a go to spot in a pinch Read more
Workers at the counter playing assault games denyed my side order through was placed then found. ok I'm inside with a friend we... have ordered & as soon as the thunderstorm starts pouring down they tell me and my friend to leave & hide at the counter. Werejust eating & there just harassing us. stay away from 3415 Navigation Blvd Houston Tx 77003. I like this Jack in the Box located at the intersection of Navigation Boulevard and Sampson Street. They have a nice large... concrete parking lot with easy access in and out. The contemporary dining room is very clean. Store associates are friendly andservice is prompt. All breakfast items are offered 24 hours a day. They have an exterior fireplace in the front of the store.It's unique, but I don't understand its purpose. Read more
I work at a warehouse down the street and ALWAYS come here because the bathrooms are super clean ????
