HORRIBLE?this location DOES NOT SERVE EMS / FIRE FIGHTERS. I showed up at 620 am after a long call and being stuck in the ER,... hoping to get some tacos. I was treated rudely, told to go to the drive thru..IN THE AMBULANCE that clearly won?t fit. Thenignored for 15min! When asked do they not serve EMS or fire she shrugged her shoulders and walked off. I order meals the chicken fajita meal was awful. It use to come with the spicy chicken they sub it will some chicken strips that... were cold and tough. I have not been to this Jack n box in a while thought I would try it again. That was a mistake. Never goback. Save your money. Go some where else. Was dry awful. Read more
This location doesn't have a working drive thru if you want to buy from them it has to be through the app., I'm sorry but I... guess I'm not coming back. Previous. I really like the chicken sandwich in any of its different options but my only problem isthat sometimes, more often that I like the drive thru is closed during the night even when there is people working inside. Made 2 mobile orders using my Jack pack points and got 2 free burgers and only had to pay for drinks!!! Food was ready and... waiting when I arrived! Front counter cashier was prompt to help us out. Large clean dining room! Great location. Read more
After remodeling, this place is cleaner. Food quality? Can't expect much from fast food. But, shakes are good to excellent.
I went for lunch today, granted their food isn't the healthiest, I was in the mood for the tacos. Now when the lettuce is BROWN... then you know not to eat them! I would've just thrown them away since it was only $1.50, then I thought I could've gotten reallysick and maybe even have to miss work. I was more bothered by the fact that the person preparing the food was OK with using badlettuce with no regard to possibly making someone ill. I returned to the restaurant to mention it and the manager on duty onlyasked, "did I wanted another order?" as if it was no big deal. Are you kidding me, no thanks in fact I asked for a refund on thesalad and egg roll as well. I may get slack for my review, but I don't care, for whatever reason this location was totally offtheir game and maybe in need of refresher training(s) or just a little common sense, NO BROWN LETTUCE EVER! They told us the systems are down but they handed the car in front of us food..we try to leave the drive thru & the employees &... their friend decided to keep chatting then handed their friend food, flipped us off too.
