Restaurant was clean and orderly. They have the dine in area open. They just don't seem to expect people to use it. Mentioned... that it was for here. Received my meal in a sack, 2 napkins and 3 ketchup and the drink. The meal was not too bad, actually. Their fries were as crispy or better as the ones at some of the Wendy's. This is the worst Jack in the box in all of Houston. I don't know why I keep coming back. But I'm finished now. The women here... are rude, the inside is always closed and the they give customers wrong orders or ill-ptepared food items. But I haveexperienced some of this at every Jack in the Boxes. If your reading this review, do not go to Jack in the box. Anywhere. Thiswhole franchise chain sucks in Houston. Stuck with Whataburger, McDonald's and even Burger king. Screw Jack!!! Read more

I just went here no cars in front of me, no response in the drive thru I was even talking to the speaker, so drove to the window... waited again for a while no one help AGAIN as I was leaving I saw 3 people (girls) in back just talking they weren?t working Istayed there to see if they would help and nothing. I get so aggravated when a fast food place is a hot mess. Late night visit, I order a chicken tater melt munchie meal. Can?t... get that, they say, because they have no cheese. No cheese. So I order something cheeseless. Then ask for a large Sprite Zero.Nope, only regular sprite. Coke Zero? Nope, no diet drinks whatsoever. The poor girl working there was fine, but ugh. Ihaven?t been to jack in the box lately because the last two times I went I thought the burger meat tasted weird, but I don?thave an opportunity to get a munchie meal often and drove out of my way to get one.
