Why is it EVERY SUNDAY in the mornings for the past couple months there is a sign up IN THE DRIVE THRU ORDERING SCREEN that they... are CLOSED DUE TO STAFFING ISSUES this is only on Sundays that this location has STAFFING ISSUES and their is one employee therebut not for service the customer I went again this morning employee say she by herself and again THE NOTE ON THE ORDERSCREEN but this location has STAFFING Monday- Saturday but CLOSED EVERY SUNDAY MORNING don't even no if their open Sundayafternoon this really makes me frustrated as i am on my way to work want to stop and get breakfast and this is down the streetfrom me BUT NOOOOOO! I HAVE TO KEEP DRIVING OUT OF MY WAY TO GO TO go somewhere else this location needs better managementCLEARLY there is an issue you have staff Monday- Saturday but every Sunday your closed but have one employee there every Sundaywho won't serve customer because their by themselves GO TO ANOTHER FAST FOOD PLACE ON SUNDAYS BECAUSE THIS LOCATION IS CLOSEDdue to staff shortage on Sundays AND ONLY SUNDAYS Read more
They typically are okay until they decide to give you COLD FOOD. Considering it was a lunch rush, there's no reason as to why... all of the food wasn't fresh. I literally just spit this stale, cold, & dry chicken sandwich out as I type. Tacos were a joke.SMH. Do better. Because the reality is, I can cook at home, but where do you go work if all else fails and with minimal workexperience. OH... okay. Again, do better! Read more

Food was completely unedible!!! Been sick the last 2 days from taking one bite out of this really cold cheeseburger. The shake... was crunchy and the 2 tacos had so much grease on them the shells were see-through. The curly fries were completely burnt andresembled charcoal. I've tried to contact every number found but JITB does not take verbal complaints. I had to get my bank torefund my money. Be careful eating there...getting sick isn't worth it. Read more
O! M! G!!! Best. Service. Everrrrrr!!!! Her name is Tulema...she served me the freshest, hottest, most DELICIOUS Jack in the Box... food I've truly ever had in all my years of eating fast food!!! My score is overall with the exception of today, I understand sometimes employees have bad days but leave that at home.
