This location is just okay. They close their dining room whenever they want and can be locked way before the posted time of 10... pm. If you not a regular- they take forever to assist you with your order like you have all day to just stand there and wait.Customer service could be better with some of their employees. Currently 9:07pm and it?s closed for dinning. Totally unacceptable, you guys lost a customer. Will be taking my money elsewhere.
I did not received my full order and by the time I was being dropped off my driver had left so I walked across the street and it... was night time. Jack in the box employees didn't open the drive thru window nor did they acknowledge any of my concerns. Theyonly said that I had to be in a vehicle and in the drive thru only after 9p.m. So I wasn't able to get any service nor could Ispeak to anyone concerning the matter. Disappointed I returned to my hotel room and went to bed hungry and disappointed. I'dlike to get a complimentary meal and a call from someone From Jack in the box corporate office so I may be reimbursed for mybotched up order and the lack of customer service provided to me by the jack in the box staff. I went to the JITB on Airline last night. Created a mobile order, went to the window & asked for my fries & tacos to be crispy. ... Before I could complete my request, the girl shut the window. When I received my order, the fries were cold & soggy. I had towave my hand several times just to get her attention. When I stated I had asked for them to be crispy she kept correcting methey were soft, talking over me as I tried to explain. She told me to drive to the other side of the building & she would bringthem out. When she did, there was no apology, or anything said to me. She just gave me the bag. Customer service coulddefinitely be improved!!! Will not be back. Will drive to Crostimbers instead. They are always friendly & prepare my order asrequested. Read more
I ordered 2 tacos and a value fry. I asked the lady for taco sauce, ketchup, salt, and pepper. She said it was in the bag. I... looked at her again and said, even the salt and pepper? (Salt and pepper is usually given upon request) I drove off and gothome and not to my surprise, there was no taco sauce, salt, or pepper. Pretty annoying and a little rude, to be honest. It's notthat difficult to multitask. ??????? I was store manager of a fast food restaurant for 5 years, beginning at the age of 18. The manager Irma was RUDE & Very combative. The bathroom was closed down and the freestyle drink machine out of order. Dine in... closes at 8pm One of the worst fast food experiences I've had in a while. Strongly do not recommend eating at this place. Read more
Food left out, manager wiped trash cans then the front counter, told us we can only stay in the empty store for 30 min after we... order even tho I have a medical condition that I cannot eat but a small amount at a time to leave. Read more
I did some work for the manager and she's super nice. Store is clean and the food is good and hot
