I wish that I could give zero stars, but because I can?t, I am going to give this place one. The server working the... drive-through window when I came at night was obscene did not check to make sure she had my order correct, and when told she hadgiven me the wrong order, she stood her ground and said that I was wrong and remained with a rude attitude the entire time thisexperience was enough for me to never come back to this Jack-in-the-Box it is so unprofessional and I hope that they do betterin the future, but I will never come back to find out Read more
Horrible service they forgot my food. They don?t answer the phone and waited in line over hr to get missing items. They then... refused to give me my food and made me wait 30 min why they talked on phone with manager just to find correct receipt. Nervousto even eat the food now places like this disgust me. WORST SERVICE EVER!!! We place an order and asked them to PLEASE make sure that everything was good because we were taking the... food to our daughters in downtown. Well I should have trusted my gut and checked myself like I always do!! It was at shift change. The girl working the window with was surrounded by upper management and in a tizzy (understandably so),... and possibly in the weeds. Behind- because she was working the drive-thru. But, she did forget my drink, but she did well,considering. And the food was hot and fresh. And the girl who served us was extremely pleasant throughout. Service doesn't haveto be perfect but attitude is always a pleasant surprise when it's positive. Read more
Came this morning before work definitely not what I was looking forward to. Though I was running late to I was look to enjoying... my breakfast but this is unacceptable, very greasy the cheese in the burrito looked like it had been sitting in there for awhile and the hash brown seemed like they just re dipped it in the cooking oil. Definitely nothing what it looks like on themenu. I will not be coming back to this place to get breakfast again. Read more
