Are y?all allergic to seasoning or something? Why do your burgers taste like water! My bun was burnt for my buttery jack. Every... time I come here it?s always nasty. The one on gessner May be slow but at least they give great quality. Meanwhile y?all justsell people any ol thing. 2 stars for the lady at the drive through. At least she had great customer service! This is a very poorly run jack in the box. I normally go to another one but stopped in here because they are across from HEB. ... There soda machine inside is rarely stocked so you have to rely on the staff to make your drink. The problem is they don't payattention to what you say. I ordered a mellow yellow zero with no ice and they gave me multiple different sodas. The firstwas a Hi C. The second was a small drink after I ordered a large. The third was a regular mellow yellow. I finally asked fora diet coke since that would be easier for them to understand. The problem is they literally walk away as you are talking toyou so they don't actually hear what you are requesting. I would have gotten the soda myself but the soda machine in the frontnever seems stocked. This location is closer to me than the one I regularly go to. But I normally avoid this one for howpoorly it's run. Read more
I recommend eating at this location during the day. Our food was hot, fresh and our order was correct. Ladies working in the... morning are very friendly. The men working at night are rude,skip dinner here. Read more
Been going to this location for years. Most of my experiences have been good. Nice and efficient crew on almost any given day... or time. Only one time I ordered loaded taquitos and they gave me plain, but charged me for loaded ????. Other than that blesseveryone who works there! Read more
I've been to this establishment maybe twice. I promised I wouldn't go back because the food was terrible,both times husband was... not aware that I no longer patronize here and gote a double meat something from here yesterday ,cause it sure didn't taste likea burger.Or no kind of beef for that matter the texture was even a mystery to me..I'm very concerned..The Health Department mostdefinitely needs to pay this place a visit. If I could put a negative review I would. Drive thru experience was very bad. Water was red. I asked for ice water. She said... that's the color of our water. I watched her press the vitamin water button. She also said no knives. Asked to speak to managerand oh she found a knife really fast. Also she gave me a gesture of go away with her hand. The drive thru workers weren't rude just seemed like life sucked....my food was not good. My chicken strips were cold and really... chewy...I ordered extra lettuce in my tacos and where the hell is the meat!?!? Definitely don't look like the picture on themenu. I will never go here again. It was good,but the restaurant was a little smelly,there were some working men there,so maybe get air fresheners that... automatically spray every few minutes. And the table needed some cleaning,but beside was good. Read more
