Picked up breakfast on the way to work. Service was good, window personnel was nice and courteous. Food was satisfying.

I order two tacos with the jalapeno poppers and a drink. The tacos are made messy like somebody didnt use gloves while fixing... the tacos. I had to throw it away. I didnt want to eat the tacos. Yall need to do a better job next time and all the time. Orhire a whole new staff. Read more
The gentleman at the window had an attitude from the beginning. I was not given my tacos that I ordered or my drink. He had such... an attitude I said forget it. Loved the "bbq bacon double cheeseburger combo" for just 4.99 $, it don't see too big, but with fries and drink, will fill your... stomach enough to wait for a 5 pm meal. The place is nice, and the people who work there have a very good attitude and a bigsmile in the face, it was a really relaxing experience. Read more
This experience was awful. Drive thru was terribly slow. Lack of friendliness from employee was irritating. And the patty... melt??? Ugh! Ugh! Yuck!! Bread not toasted. Meat cold. Onions non existent.. Fries old and stale. WORST. SANDWICH. EVER#!Photos attached. Read more
Went to this Jack to simply get 8 tacos and 2 curly fries. The staff here couldn't even get the curly fries correct. they gave... us some cold regular fries and old soggy, nasty tasting tacos. we didn't even eat the fries they were so cold and the so called"tacos" were awful. Attempted to call several times after getting back to work to no avail. It was a waste of time and money togo to this Jack! Worst Jack in the West side of Houston. If I could give it zero stars because this is was bad. Didn't even getnapkins to go along with cold fries and nasty, greasy soaked tacos. Never again and I suggest you stay away too. What's thepoint of y'all sending me a link to a page that doesn't work? Y'all should worry more about customer service at the moment,instead of saying you're going to look into it and not do anything about it. Thanks anyway. Read more
