You could tell that this location is very short staff there's only three people One lady stood in the dining room just standing... there in her uniform doing nothing when the other two were in the drive-thru I'm sure that there was a staff in the kitchen orat least a cook All I got was egg rolls and french fries and a drink and I waited for 45 minutes for just that while otherpeople went through the drive-thru and we're in there for a good long minute but this seems to be common in all of the Jack inThe box in Houston they all have either shift leads with attitude problems cashiers who just throw things at you or you justhave people in general who don't care about their job and how could you when you're under staff and treat it that way Read more

This location is a special one. Not sure if that means its great... but neither is it bad. It's subjective, as sometimes things... go splendid, and others not so much. Alas, the food was good, service was good, basically what you should expect from a localJack in the Box. ???? Read more

I stop by Thursday at 525 am and order 2 LG coffees and I was told that there was no coffee because the person that makes the... coffee doesn't get there until 6am. When I ask why she couldn't make the coffee I was told it will take more them 20 min tomake I don't what excuse its worst but either one I will not be returning. Read more

I was in line to order and the Spanish lady in front of me decided she would place orders for the 3 ladies, 2 people behind... her. Addressed it with the cashier and basically dismissed my issue and continued taking the ladies order. The point of a line,is so there is an order and time for everyone in line.
