We pulled up to the drive thru speaker and sat for about 60 seconds with nobody answering. The screen on the speaker looked... broken, so we thought the speaker must be, too. We drove around. They took care of the car in front of us and ignored us as wesat for about 3 minutes before we gave up and left. They obviously don't want our business. Read more
Michelle helped me with a large order that I had placed. Before she sent the order out, she went through each item line by line... to make sure there were no mistakes. After giving me the total, she informed me if I put the items under the combo option Icould save some money. In times of inflation any little bit helps, and Michelle's customer service was one that I haven't seenin a long time. That showed to she cares more for helping Others more than just going through her day and collect her paycheck.The service industry could take a course in learning from her character as a wonderful person. They just need to let this jack in the box go. This location has been run down. 2 separate occasions we came, we saw, and left.... 1st incident we pull in to order and see what looked like the cook and the manager or cashier out back smoking cigarettes no oneanswering the speaker. When I saw he had his gloves still on I honestly didn?t want to take any chances with my food we left.Tonight we wanted to give them another chance. We pull in 11 pm no one answering the speaker pull around to the window 2 blackgirls not remotely interested in working. One looked like she was counting change and the other girl relaxed on the side of her.No headsets on. They looked at us like we interrupted their conversation. I have to say we will not be back.
