I like the food but I went to order my food by the drive through, last Saturday nov. 12th 2022 around 2:00 pm the girl was very... rude she got my order all mess up and when I asked for my receipt she said she already throw it in the garbage , her attitudewasn?t pleasant at all, I think it needs to be a better administrator to do the hiring hope this help. Let me just say that I all I got is some tea and the most delicious chicken strips ive ever tasted! I also wanted to mention... that that i had pleasure of meeting the nicest lady in drive-thru! Did an ulber eats order foe a large chicken strip meal and didn't get any dipping sauce. 20 plus bucks for me not to get what... comes with it. You charged me for them too. Read more
If I could give no stars, I would. They took 20 minutes with us as the first car in line during off hours. Only three employees,... mostly standing around and on phones CONSTANTLY. When we finally got our food, it was incomplete and what we had was messed up.Went into the store to complain to a manager, who wasn't at work. Another 20 minutes later, the employees still hadn't fixed myfood and "couldn't" give me a refund. They finally did after threatening to call the cops 4 times. Place had cockroachescrawling all over, trash all over and behind the machines, and horrible attitudes and lazy employees. Will be contactingJackTalks, the BBB, and health inspector. Day crew is professional but once you get to that night shift OMG if the drive-thru guy decides he's tired be prepared to wait... 20 to 40 minutes in drive thru unless you leave to get your order taken and this is around 10:30 at night good luck Taco Bell'sbetter one block away Read more
