My first time to this location. They were fast, food waa good, and they were nice. I'll definitely visit again.
If you could give zero start I will do it. Have you ever had any complaints about Juan(manager)?. Juan is intimidated the... employees also texting them and telling them they won?t be able to work in any jack. I have text messages to send it ifrequested. Yesterday august 21 I went to this jack in the box location and I ordered 12 tacos no sauce and large curly fries. I didn?t... check my order because they have always gave me the correct order at this location but not this time I only received half myorder which was only 6 tacos no sauce and the curly fries where not filled up, by the time I had checked I was already home andI called the location and a young man named Christian was very understanding and mentioned that the person that was in the drivethough was new. Christian said I could either go back or go another day and he will leave a note with my name and order. I wenttoday through the the lady was very RUDE she didn?t even let me explain what had happened and she kept asking what I was goingto order. When I went to the drive through I tried to explain to her what had happened and that I had talked to Christian sheshe asked me what my order was and kept asking who I talked to and at what time I went which of course I understand thequestions but she was so RUDE on how she was asking me and all she said was OKAY. Im not upset because I had to go back and getthe rest of my order I?m upset because of the service I received from this lady that was in the drive through. Read more
So I go in on my lunch break order my food it was cold, had to return it and get back to work not before receiving amazing... customer service from one of the managers and I'm assuming the store owner. I come here all the time on lunch and never have aproblem I'm assuming because of the head boss was there everyone was a little panicked lol, but they took care of my order forme before I had to go back in. Ordered $30 worth of food, loaded fries were good but the rest was bad. Ordered the spicy nacho meal and chicken was brown and... old, just like the bread. Asked for cheese on my fries and about 5 fries came with cheese. Tacos were bland and surprisinglylettuce was really dry. Didn't want to go back since it was late night. Was given the wrong food. Ordered ultimate cheeseburger meal and got three tacos with fries. Was charged 11.00. I guess I should... have checked before I drove away but isn't that their job to make sure they give you the right order. They were not even busy. Read more
