I have been to many Jack n the box and have never been told that you have to buy something extra when you order the Monster... Tacos. I will be calling the corporate office to report this store. I have been to others and ordered the same thing and theyhave never told me that I have to order some else or something extra to go with the Monster tacos. No where on the signs doesit say that you have to purchase an additional item when ordering the Monster tacos. Chantel is the person on the receipt. Read more
Very poor customer service in the drive thru sat for a while wit no acknowledgement drove to the window the elderly woman with... the gray uniform totally ignored me. Went inside the cashier was apologetic and very sweet. But first impressions areeverything. I will not return. Read more
This place discriminated my father. I will be calling corporate to notify them. My dad drove up the drive through he speaks... little to no English. He ordered his food like anywhere else and the attendant rudely with an attitude told my dad to order inEnglish. He repeated his order and she continued to yell at him ?in English, in English?. At this point my dad got offended andextremely upset and drove up to the window to ask ?really?? She continued to say ?yes really?. Always go for coffee or just tacos. Everything fresh and my daughters shake always has a cherry. Gloomy on the inside bt never... really dine in. Drive thru is way better than the rest Jack's in my area. Read more
Not sure how his name is spelled but the employee Christian that was working the Night Shift on Wednesday June 15 was VERY... HELPFUL, POLITE, and PROFESSIONAL when taking our drive thru order and when handing it off!! The food tasted good, the servicewas good and it was quick!! Read more
This place is not worth your time. There is a manager there that told me yesterdayThat she does not know anything about the app.... They have items on the menu that are not available on the on the app. Today I asked the long haired young man work in thedrive-through am I able to use the app with this ? He replied I don't know. I said let me guess you're not paid enough. Hereplied yeah I then said you should know He looked at me confused I said louder you should know. I am hard-of-hearing. The samemanager from yesterday thought we were fighting He thought we were about to fight he tried to push her to stay out of itliterally pushed her. I slipped on the floor near the restroom but caught myself and did not fall. When I told the cashier that the floor is very... slippery and that I slipped and could of fell she said well no one ever said that before. As she came from around the counter to help someone else she said the floor is not slippery to me see, and she was walking then I moved around and said well see it ison my shoes. Then the maybe manager told the worker that you have on slip resistant shoes and she meaning me the customer doesnot. The floor need to be moped with bleach or something that is slip resistant because it was clearly dry but I could see alltypes of foot print on the floor, and no my shoes are not slip resistant they are skechers memory foam.
