Lady at the drive thru was rude because i placed a ?big? order I could tell by the tone of voice, she even stopped taking my... order and decided to help the other person behind. the manager at the drive thru window was also a bi* (I assume it was themanager) I been working fast food for 5 years, im a General manager for bww and I know for a fact thats not how u handlecustomers. Save y?alls money and go buy some wings????. The food wasnt even portioned right either. We ordered medium fries andgot small. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Food is good and so is the service. Only complaint is of the greedy manager. Hire more people, cheapskate. You have 2... employees busting their a$$ to serve 20+ cars. Never again will we be going back to this place. 9:15 pm no customers in drive thru or customers inside and the lady was rude as... hell for no reason. So many complaints from people I know that goes here and I still went anyways. I mean come on what kind ofburger is this and how hard is it to do tacos. If I was a manager at this location with a horrible attitude wouldn't wear a nametag either. I wanted to order way more than I... did but felt pressured to complete my order already because the lady was huffing loudly saying, IS DAT ALL?! we literally wentto the next jack and ordered the rest of what we wanted.
