Waited at the speaker for over 7 minutes, no one in front of me. Went to the window, where I saw employees sitting, and not... doing anything. Finally one of them noticed me waiting at the window, I was polite, and said I think the speakers broken, I waswaiting for awhile, they apologized, took my order, then had me drive to the front of the store to wait on my food, where I thenwaited another 10 minutes? Good luck having someone take your order at the speaker at night. No one answers on it and after you sit there waiting for... minutes and say HELLOOOO they tell you that they can?t take your order. Despite quickly taking the order fir the person in frontof you. Read more

I been calling up there for almost an hour and NO ANSWER!?? I work by this location and went there before heading home 40 mins... away. I got home and realized I didn't get my debit card back from the girl at the window. She was fidgety and I almost wantedto ask her if she needed to pee. The service here is terrible. Especially at night time. This is the closest JITB to me and every time I go I have to wait up to... 10 min or more for someone to take my order. The lady that takes the order is rude. I come here bcs is the only thing open omwhome from work. Yesterday I came by to get a meal they didn?t take the order I pulled up to the window and the cook came to thewindow saying there were no cashiers to take the money. I previously gave a great review simply because I loved their service especially when I get off at 3am. Well tonight I decided... to grab a bite to eat. Worse drive thru ever.
