really disappointing when you wake up at 12am and go get food and then come home about to eat and bite into a sandwhich that?s... probably 8 hours old and you can?t even chew it. i could barely rip this apart. there?s no reason i shouldn?t be able to BITEINTO MY SANDWHICH. like seriously? and im not getting up again to go wait 20 more minutes. Fresh food. It took a little longer then usual, but worth it for the hot & fresh food.
Worst jack in the box around! Everything is rushed and half a$$ed which means everything is greasy and uneatable. Milk shake... machine never works. Won't be back, doesn't matter they'd be happier if I didn't come back less for them to do. Read more
For the most part the service is good but there's always a problem with my order. I haven't had issues getting it resolved but... I would like to go once without having to go back to have something replaced or to get something they forgot that I ordered.Over all the staff is friendly and have only had an issue with one person. Everytime I come its an issue. But the racial tension is so strong and it needs to end. Two guys (Hispanic) before me order... food and as I attempted to order food I'm told the lobby is closed. I responded 'you just took these gentlemen orders' theshift leader said he's gonna call the cops for trespassing because lobby is closed. I responded humbly 'what did I do for you toeven mention cops' When I committed no crime or a disturbance' he kept Jesus bless you Jesus bless you... as I worked out theJack n in the Box. I went late night and asked for a triple cheese burger meal and the guy handed me a cheese burger and stuffed all kinds of fries... at the bottom of my fries and put a little portion of fries on top. I go back to tell him that was not my order and he takes theburger just slaps another meat on that burger. That still was not my order!!!! I said a triple and that?s just wrong at leastmake it fresh WTH!!! I didn?t complain anymore cause he was high but yeah that was the worst experience in fast food historyever. Read more
Was Great. Nice and clean. Had me in the chair as soon as i got there. Toilet paper and airfreshener in the restrooms and wipes.... I was surprised. Greatful to have the experience to c all the great art also. Read more
I ordered the new Fan Favs box. I was very satisfied with my order. Food was hot and fresh to eat. It was very good and I didn?t... have to deal with any bad/rude workers, they were all very nice. Overall 10/10 definitely coming back here????. Read more
