I come here often, usually get my order right and if I don't staff usually helps me out and corrects it with an apology. After... about 9 or 10, the night crew change usually starting their shift seem to start in a bad mood and when food isn't made properlythey don't seem to be helpful ( in regards to front staff, kitchen staff is very delightful at times) Love the afternoon andmorning crew though always helpful! I guess Jack n Box had a shortness of fries ???? that day or some thing cause all 3 meals that we bought the other day were... sized up to large and this is what we got!! Horrible experience. The 3/4 of the orders were incorrect. Most of the fries were cold and soggy even though we had to wait 15... mins at the window. The tacos were still cold in the middle. Horrible. Horrible. Read more
