The jack in the box at 7502 shepherd drive is TRASH. They dinning room is alway closed after 5 pm. It?s 4 people in there... working it should not be closed. When they not closed they don?t give you a receipt so u can complain about the service. Iremember a time when this was in acceptable. They rude and Ghetto have some class even if it is fast food. Save yourself the headache and don't go to this location. So I placed a mobile order and hit the "prepare food now". When I got... to the speaker, I gave my name and as I was pulling up to the window the lady said "oh we don't have any egg rolls. Do you wantsomething else?" I really didn't, but I decided to get the 3 pack jalapeno poppers. She gives me my food but she never adjustedthe price I paid. 3 egg rolls cost more than 3 jalapeno poppers. I asked her about the price adjustment and she,"that's why Iasked you if you wanted anything else." I said, "I told you what I wanted, 3 jalapeno poppers cost less than the egg rolls, so Ineed my change." She responds again, "that's why I asked you what you wanted. I can't give you a refund when you didn't buy itfrom this store. You placed the order online." Right then I knew I was dealing with a special case. So instead of explaining toher, in my mom voice, that just because the order was placed through the app, the money absolutely went to the store. All shehad to do was issue a price adjustment. She had the receipt in her hand. Instead, I opted to just get an additional 4 jalapenopoppers which is comparable in price to the egg rolls. According to her logic if I didn't want anything else, what would'vehappened in that situation? Never fails to get an order wrong & have a very loud verbal depute wit customers even when it's just over getting fresh fries in... drive-thru. Leaving the line is Best option. After 8pm or 9pm the shift is horrible. Never going testing my luck at this place.It's service isn't the same any more. Not very good. My order was 102 on 1/02/22 and the total of my bill was$30.14. Order was not correct. Order (3) Large Bacon... Ultimate Cheeseburger meal was not correct. Drink and Fries were what they supposed to be. This is my burger.Back on the road tofar to drive back. Check you order. I went to get a spicy chicken sandwich and this is what I got, tried to call to make sure I would be able to get there and get... the right sandwich and no one answers the phone. They was one other person in the drive thru and me inside taking my food to go.Not going back here again. Hot food good service. You might have to wait a minute or two but the hot fresh food is worth the wait
