I only ordered 8 tacos. Are you telling me it takes 22 minutes to make 8 tacos? I was told to pull over to the side where was... only one car ahead me waiting. My thought was ?okay, cool this won?t take long? needless to say my thought was wrong. By thetime I decided to pull back up to the window there were six cars parked on side of me. I ask about my food and it took less thantwo minutes to drop it in a bag and hand it to me. The customer service here is horrible. Most decent restaurants will tell youif you were going to have to wait for a while. There was not anything fast about this rude at all. Just rude and nasty fromstart to finish. Service was friendly. The burgers were good. There was what appeared to be a little chaos due to the workload, but they handled... it well. I got two fresh jumbo jacks with cheese and jalapenos. Had a great experience here around 3:00a.m. I've worked in restaurants a long time and if you really want to see hard work try... coming here when they're understaffed because it's 3:00 in the morning and there's a line wrapped around the building and fromthe moment I got in the line till the moment I got my food it took about 7 minutes everything was perfect everything asked forwas there they've been offered me a free drink if you can't tell by my reviews that I leave I am an Uber eats driver and I go toa lot of fast food restaurants and this is definitely the pic of the litter Love this place this is my new go to when I'mgetting off of work super late at night Read more
