The service there is so slow. It's not fast food if you have to always wait to give your order and end up at the front door... waiting for your order. This place needs to speed it up, and not just sevice one car at a time. While a customer pays theyshould also be taking the next order at the menu speaker. It's not a new thing to do. All fast food restaurants do it. People gothrough fast food for a reason. Some people have a schedule to keep, and shouldn't have to wait on account of someone who can'tmulti-task. Please hire enough faster and experienced employees who want to work, and make a difference at the window. This willmake your JITB look less lazy. Read more

I ordered the southwest salad at the drive through, the girl responded back with ?we only have grilled or crispy salads? with an... attitude. The salad I got was just basic shredded lettuce, not the romaine that it states it has. The staff was veryunprofessional and I could hear them laughing and horsing around in the background. Dining room was empty and only 1 car in front of us in the drive thru. Had to wait a long time for our food and when order was... missing items, they argued about it. When we showed our receipt, they quickly made the excuse that someone was training. Read more
My sandwich was cold, bread not toasted as the sour dough sandwich bread always is when I order it, and it was falling apart.... The drink was both the wrong in size and type. I called the number on the receipt and couldn't even get in contact with themanager because my call gets sent directly to the voice box, which is full so I can't leave a message. Carry out #405...purchased supreme croissant and noticed there was mold on one of the breads. Called and spoke to a girl who... said her name was Edith??? After informing employee of issue she did not respond, instead hung up on me. This location needs tobe shut down immediately. I will ensure City Inspector pays them a visit. Read more
The management is racist. This location needs to be shut down. No customers barely be there, employees ride the clock with... nothing to do. The manager runs the customers out of the restaurant.
