this place is disgusting!!!! I was going to buy food, but first I had to go to the bathroom, and a colored employee opened the... bathroom door when the bathroom was locked, and then he told me that I couldn't use the bathroom, and that's why reason I nolonger buy my food there,,,,, this place is horrible for that reason it is in greenspoint and pure rude people who have no ideawhat customer service is, work there... this place is disastrous Read more

My sister called, she wasn't feeling well and asked me to bring her some food from Jack In The Box. Right away I noticed this... location, BIG MISTAKE. After paying for the order, my sister called and ask to add 4 tacos. I had already paid with my bankcard. Even though I hated to do this, I asked the cashier at the window If I could get an order of 6 tacos no sauce. Thisbothered the cashier at the window, but she went ahead and angrily told her coworkers to prepare the food. The coworkerimmediately placed 6 tacos in a bag. I gave the cashier my debit card to pay for the tacos, but after a full 5 minutes, shestated the card was declined. Keep in mind that I had already this same card to pay for the original order. I thought it wassuspicious, but gave the cashier cash instead. I gave her a $20.00, but what's infuriating is that I am currently looking at mybank transactions online and see the charge for the tacos... 2nd the 6 tacos with no sauce was an attempt to get fresh hottacos, no such luck. So, not only was the ALL THE FOOD COLD, but I was robbed by the cashier. DON'T GO TO THIS LOCATION, REALLYRUDE SERVICE AND YOU WILL GET CHARGED TWICE BY THE STAFF. Ordered online, got charged twice. Went to location for pickup, but they hadn?t received any online orders. Showed the operator ... our order in the JiTB app. Received every thing wrong ( wrong sandwich. Smaller fry, doubled the coffee and shake but left off afountain drink. No napkins or utensils for cake.) AND charged for a third time. No receipt offered. A beer was openly on thecounter, open and partially consumed. Read more

I usually go to this location on my way to work, at least once a week. Today, 08/05/2022, I went the drive through and the... young lady asked to take my order. I told her I wanted the Ranch chicken sandwich combo. She asked if I wanted fries. I toldher that I wanted onion rings instead of fries. She didn't respond. Then I hear her laughing and she asked again if I wantedcurly fries or regular fries. I told her if she had been listening to me, she would've heard me say I wanted onion ringsinstead of fries. When I came to the window, she gave me my order. When I arrived at work, they had given me a spicy ranchchicken sandwich and there is something wrong with my large Dr. Pepper. It tastes like they put mop water in it. They gave me 3onion rings. No one is answering the phone so I am going to take the Dr. Pepper to the hospital to have it tested tomorrow. Donot go to this Jack in the Box because the Customer service is Disgraceful and extremely unprofessional. To get mad at aCustomer who is on a time schedule, for having to repeat an order, all because the person working the window register, wasn'tpaying attention, is unacceptable. Slow service, i don't understand how this is acceptable. After reading over others reviews i am not surprised they are unhappy.... And then you have an employee sleeping on the job. This is so sad to see honestly. If i did this at my job i would of gottenfired. Sometimes it's best to not go to work if this is how your going to help out the team. Plz start hiring people who takethis job seriously. I feel bad for the owner of this establishment, making you look bad. Hopefully you take this useful info andturn this around asap. Read more

I gave 4 stars because my order was taken incorrectly. However, the lady named Karen/Carry (I can't remember ????) was GREAT!!!... She was SO polite and courteous and got our order out fast. The items were bagged neatly and the inside of the restaurant wasclean. She also took care of us when we returned for our correct items making sure everything was fresh and made correctly, andgave us fresh fries. I have never had a good experience at this establishment until tonight and I think she should be recognizedfor her dedication because we all know customer service jobs are not easy! I will be contacting ABC new regarding my order I just purchased from this location! The food was cooked in old grease and the... tacos were old!
