I got the Meat Lovers burrito as I always do when I go to Jack. Though this time I noticed my bag seemed light. When I opened... the bag I knew why- because the size of the burrito is HALF what it used to be. While it still tastes great- it seems"shrinkflation" has hit this business too. They also don't allow shake subs in the meal anymore. That is why I rated them withonly 3 stars. They are pretty fast at this location; faster than all of the other JITB locations I've been to. And yes, the food came out hot... and fresh and the employee who took my order was nice. Read more
These look like they been left out to dehydrate and wither. Grossest lettuce ever.
We kind of know what to expect out of the food and the experience from Jack In The Box. This location isn't too bad but the lady... who works at night time is pretty rude and short. When you are trying to order she makes it seems like you are an inconvenienceto her. On the order menu, number 25 is becoming one of my favorites. I get out of work about 10:45 so Jack in the Box is one ofthe only few places to get food afterwards. So I guess with that, the food is good but the customer service is horrible. The only issue I have with this location is that I have gone several times later in the evening and sat in the drive thru... waiting, everything says they are open, but no one ever was there to help me after I waited 15min. If they need to stop takingorders for whatever reason, at least tape a note, or SOMETHING please! But, the food is good each time I did have it. Read more
This is the worst Jack in the box in this area. They are very racist towards African Americans. They lie to you directly in your... face, but yet turn around and say have a good day. If I could give these location zero Stars, I would. The manager named Mariais the worst of all. Read more
