Cold stale food. Went through the Drive Thru for lunch and got my Jumbo Jack w/ cheese and fries in under 2 minutes. Wow... fast!!! Got back to work about 3 minutes later and the food was cold I ended up throwing it away because I was concerned aboutgetting sick. Even the cheese was un-melted showing they put it on a cold patty. The fries were also cold and stale. I usuallygo to the one on Airtex. My mistake for coming here. Read more

I went this morning and I told them to please wait as my little sister and daughter choose what they wanted and I was rushed bc... I was talking to my mom. And they assumed I was just finishing my full blown conversation. The guy at the window did apologizebut then again the forgot one thing in my order being my burrito! Never had Jack In The Box before. Ordered a burger and chicken nuggets and went back onto the highway. Chicken nuggets looked... great, but we're raw and cold inside and the burger patty made me reminisce of middle school cafeteria food. Read more
Really bad service going through drive thru last night. Employees were working on too many orders at one time. Giving me my... order wrong. When I told the female at window that my order wasn't correct. She argued with me that my order was correct. I hadan order of loaded mini tacos,1chicken sandwich,4 regular tacos, 1 loaded curly fries, and two large Dr.peppers. No telling howmany orders we wrong. After mine. Read more
Manger doesn't really understand English but the food it just crispy enough but they were out of sauces.
My husband brought home bacon loaded tiny tacos. Oh no, no bacon. Took it back myself and asked for it to be redone. 2nd time... was bitter sweet. I could find the six pieces of bacon bits. However it was much harder to find the cheese and ranch sauce. Ijust took it home, I wasn't going for a 3rd and even worse results. Read more
Staff are so rude they will interrupt you several times while ordering and the girl got loud with me as well all the while the... other employees were in the back laughing and didn't care how rude she was being. Read more
