You're getting better in the double meat cheese burger with lettuce, tomatoes category, however, what will get Jack the 5th star... on these burgers, are to put salt, and black pepper WHILE you're cooking them! It will make whatever type of beef you're using,infused with FLAVOR, and by the way, frying the inside of your buns until slightly burnt will add that 50, 60's flavor that'smissing in these fast food places. Make the customers pay more for your products. Increase your customer service training andorientation with your current, and future employees. Rude rude rude! Very nasty attitude by person working the drive thru. It was like pulling teeth to get her to talk. She really... act like she didn't want to be there. I said thanks when she handed me my order and she rolled her eyes looked away staring atthe air and said nothing. Fries were cold burger not fresh. Just an all around horrible experience. Read more
Simple order Jr. Jumbo with specific condiments. Meat dry not fresh and order completely opposite my request. Manager responded... but she too was dry. Never again. Read more
Very displeased with the service in drive-thru. They had a worker rushing me they my order. Then I was told to hold on, after 3... minutes, I was unable to get extra bacon nor the loaded curly fries. I'm super disappointed with my experience here today. The time frame of placing my order to receiving it was extremely long.... Once I made it to the window I noticed the worker didn't have her mask covering her face because she was EATING of all things!When I received my order I noticed my kids meal didn't have the fries and she told me she would get them. She brings them backto the window out in the open with no bag. I actually sat there to eat my food. When I open my bag what do I see, HAIR! Thecustomer service is unacceptable regardless of it not being in one of the better parts of the city. Management definitely needsto do better. Read more
Young lady employee on the drive thru was rude and was scratching her head then handed us our food .. Ths professionalism was... really poor and lastly asked for saucse was ignored and given a taco sauce even tho it wasnt asked for .. But i did give 2 starsbecause the tacos were just right..
