Came to this Jack in the box to get egg rolls for lunch didn't bother to check my food because I was trusting their service I... get to my location look at my food notice that the egg rolls were dry freezer burn egg rolls so I went back to return them thesupervisor told me that's the way they come that's how they're made but I told her I've been here before and they never looklike that but the good thing is that they gave me my money back. I usually check my order and my food before I leave, peoplecan't get this kind of unquality food with THE INFLATION if you raise prices give quality food people work hard for their money. Read more
I?ve came here many times with the most excellent service and also my food always was fresh and delicious. I love how my food is... hot and not cold when I received it. I?m also able to sit and enjoy my food with no harassment from employees and managers aboutordering food. I feel very comfortable every time I?ve come to this location. I just did an review about the horrible serviceI?ve received at a location on (Airline) close to Goodson street. The manager and employees are not welcoming at all and willforce you to leave if you don?t order in a second!!! So yeah, will not be attending that particular location ever again. Butthis location is awesome from my experiences. Love the park place location. Read more

I have never in my life had something like this happen to me but I found a bug of some sort in my burger. This is out of pocket... I am so disgusted I tried calling the numbers for here and are all out of services. I need someone to reach out to me asapbecause this is unacceptable !!!!! Why is this place "sometimes" closed down? I will get off work, try to stop here because there are no options around me and they... are closed! Next, they never have some of the menu items so you are forced to either tacos or burgers.... Read more
