Tevin, the cashier, was professional and fast. He explained my food options to me regarding the $8.00 late night food options.... He took my order and promptly went about his duties. After a more than reasonable time my food order was up and ready. I have tosay that it was HOT and tasty. Probably the best Jack in the Box Egg Rolls I've ever had. The down side of this location. I hadto wait almost 15 minutes to be served. There was no one up front or in the kitchen area. I called out for anyone but no onereplied. Tevin came in through the front door, walked in behind the counter and right past me as if I where a ghost. He quicklyreturned and asked me if I had already placed my order. I told him no and he proceeded to take my order. After that, 3 otheremployees came in from the back door and went about their tasks. The only thing I can say about the men's room is that it needsa remodel in the worst way. So in conclusion, Tevin gets 5 STARS as does the food. The poor management and bathroom 2.5 stars. Read more

I have been to many Jake in Box, This one is the worst Jake in Box I have even been to . The only one lady here took order got... a horrible attitude and she messed up my order, didn?t repeat it back to me , nor give me my receipt. I arrived here at 240am on 9/9/2022 and was left at the speaker. No one ever got on. A car pulled up and a gentleman walked to... the back door where he was greeted by a worker. So I?m confused because they never got on the speaker. I assumed the speaker wasbroken so I drove to the window where no one came too, I saw the same man heading to the back where the grills are but nocashier was insight. Two other cars pulled up and eventually pulled off. It?s pretty unprofessional not to be available at a 24hr fast food restaurant. I am aware things do happen but communication is key. The lack of concern about the customer reflectsthe business as a whole. I know we are recovering from covid but you all need workers that desire to work and if the don?t thisis not the field or place for them. Please consider increasing pay possibly to have better attitudes at night or just findpassionate employees. Thanks Read more
Never serves you at the window. Makes you wait out front in the parking lot EVERY TIME, NEVER FAILS. They do this so corporate... will see that they don't have people sitting in the drive thru waiting 10 minutes. So instead I wait 10 minutes out front. Sawemployees using their bare hands and the my cup to scoop ice out of the ice bucket. This is DISGUSTING, HORRIBLE FOOD SAFTY. Noworries, I'll just start going to the other jack right down the road. They took a long time to give me my order. I was then asked to pulled to the front of the store. The guy who took my order was... very nice. I just don't understand why does it take two people to hang up the poster on the store. I've worked in fast food andhad to put the poster on the window as well. Asked for a medium meal and for my drink I got a canned 12 oz coke with a small cup. I've never seen something like this and... didn't feel like arguing over a cup . Safe to say won't be coming back! Read more
