Went to 3 different Jack in the Boxes. The first one said the system was down. The second location was closed and then we came... to this location and when we order a large combo they tell us when we get to the window the soda machine is down and offer togive us 12 oz cans when I paid for 2 large sodas. Then when I get home I my fries are cold and I find a hair in my spicy chickensandwich and I paid almost 30 dollars for my food. Totally not worth it. Jack in the box has went totally downhill. Even though the first part of the order was fresh, the second part was left sitting for at least 5 minutes because they forgot... about it. It was a crazy atmosphere and the guy didn?t seem to know what was going on. The dining room was clean and the staffwas friendly, just unorganized with orders. Read more
Never ever order from them they refry everything in there specially tenders and frys and they don't even give you any type of... sauce not even ketchup..throw my food in the trash.. Read more

The taco hot sauce has changed. This is a sad reality. I don't believe I'll have tacos at Jack in the Box anymore. Changing... taste changes customers. Sad day. Read more
You will stand at the counter for dear life and no one is of proper etiquette to even say hold on. Professionally top notch... tackiness at its best. And the craziest part is they see you there and continue on with their drive thru. Food not to great.Overly hard tacos no cheese really chicken sandwich dry. This is not A good look for customers like me. And I worked for Jack InThe Box. Oh I know who to contact to get heat started. Let this be a warning. Get the service up beat. Teach the shift managerproper business class she can use it. Her character is dry don't greet don't smile pathetic. Read more
