Waited in line for over 45min to place order and was told that they are under staff? oh to top it off slang and cursing was... used. I don?t choose anyone?s job so out of curiosity please treat everyone with respect. Everyone in this location needs somesort of customer service training or if not close this place down. I ordered online, went to pick up my food, and found out when i got there that they were out of Oreo Milkshake! So i payed $5... for a plain ol chocolate i was pi$$ed! Then i payed extra for things like grilled onions just to get raw onions! They had noproblem taking my money though! Read more
The drive thru lady has a bad attitude, she told me to hurry up and order, she has better things to do.. which I thought was... very unprofessional, I proceeded to order , just for them to put all the things im allergic to on my burger. I ordered the mini loaded tacos with the egg rolls and taste was like no other.The reason for the 4 stars was the person taking... the order messing it up which was very minor as I went back and got what I actually ordered. Went 7/9/22 @3:00 p.m. waited in drive thru at least 30min, got to window and was told I could not change order, I said I'm not... changing my order, I asked where is the manager and there were 4 to 5 young folk standing around the window, only one respondedtelling me there was no manager nor supervisor available. I told them I did not want my order (although it wasn't ready anyway)don't waste your time going to this one. We went down the street and got something else. I will never go to this one again!! Night staff is so unprofessional and has no customer service whatsoever. Once we finally got to the speaker, the person taking... our order goes "Yo, can you give us a second yo?" Then when he returned, he says "Okay Papi, I can take your order now". Pullingup to the window, we saw a female employee wearing a tank top that was a half shirt. Not even wearing the proper uniform. Thislocation definitely needs to fully train the staff and have at least a responsible supervisor/manager for every shift to monitorthe youngsters they hire as employees. Read more
