This place is disgusting, I ordered a #4 large with fries at the drive thru, just to get only the drink and a bag of fries, they... refused to give me a receipt and when I asked for my burger the lady told me I had to get around and wait again on the line, shetreated me like ilegal alien just because they all are black and I'm Hispanic and was doing sings like she couldn't understandmy English, honestly I have never had an issue ordering. Very poor customer service. Waited for my food to come and they said they gave it to me. They never gave it to me told me to... pull forward and after waiting for 30 minutes I finally go inside they say it was given to me then the food wasn't even cookedhad to wait another 10 minutes to get cold food... Don't eat here. I got super sick few weeks ago after eating here and thought it was something else. Ate there again earlier... today and I'm sick again with horrible stomach pains and throwing up. I'm pretty sure I have food poisoning. Read more
I usually enjoy this text in the box extremely but lately my my orders have been wrong and the service has been rude I ordered a... jack double special no lettuce and you started come with tomatoes and pickles my burger was sloppy and it was wet and there waslettuce that have been scraped off of it and that was kind of weirdly and there was no tomatoes and no pickles on my hamburgerand I ordered two tacos no sauce no lettuce extra cheese and I got two soggy tacos full of grease with lettuce and soft andeverything on it and I was on my lunch break and did not have time to go back so I'm very disappointed don't have a lunch to eatand the only thing good with surprising I see orange that I requested that was the only thing is correct and I called back totell them because I was on my lunch break and I couldn't come back now and the mailbox is full and no one's answering the phoneand I could not leave a message And I did not get a receipt used my cc though around 2:55 pm Read more
BAD customer service. If I could give them 0 stars I would. We were ordering tacos the way we wanted them and we had ordered 12... tacos already and wanted more tacos and we heard in the background ?oh hell naw?. They are being paid to provide a good customerservice and to prepare the food. They should not be complaining about doing their job since they are were the ones to sign upfor the job.
