I ordered 2 orders of the 4pc tenders. Plus other items. I get to the window and all I asked for was 2 buttermilk sauce. The guy... (which he said his name was Miguel) told me I have to pay for the sauce. Due to the tenders only come with bbq sauce. That isthe most dumbest thing I?ve heard. Not everyone likes bbq sauce. I wasn?t asking for bbq sauce plus buttermilk. I just wanted 2buttermilk I SHOULD BE ABLE TO CHOOSE WHICH DIPPING SAUCE I WANT. Then another worker named Noe said you can call corporate theywon?t do anything. I asked to speak to someone else. Miguel said they only speak Spanish. I said I?m Hispanic I can speak toher. She came to window told me same thing I had to pay for buttermilk. I tried to explain I should be able to choose my dippingsauce. She spoke perfect English although he told me she didn?t speak English. I asked them to show me where it says tendersonly come with bbq sauce and nobody could. I ended up paying for 2 buttermilk sauces and making them give me the so called bbqsauce that ONLY came with the tenders. Just horrible service. I only gave it 3 stars because I got the chicken tender meal for my child and 2 of the tenders were really spicy mixed in with... the regular meal I ordered . It would have been too spicy for him . Other than that everyone was fine Read more
Moldy bread and when I tried to fill out the survey the receipt doesn't even have the correct code on it. The lady in the window... was rude, after I gave her my order she just sat there for more than a few seconds then asked me what kind of fries, she didn'tsay one moment or anything. Read more
I deliver for Favor and the establishment was some what clean. The staff was kind and professional down to earth attitude. Food... was EXTREMELY fresh. I recommend this Jack In The Box location ???? Read more
No manager on duty on 7/18. The drive through wasn't that busy but they seemed to have problems with orders. They forgot to give... us a drink and we went inside to get it. The food was good. They just seemed a bit frazzled. Read more
Im here at this jack in the box right now, and they are saying that they are not taking orders right now at 2:50 when this... location is suppose to be open 24 hours. The girl working the drive through now states this is her first day and do not know howlong it will take them to clean the grill to take orders again. As I look through the window i see trash on the floor and theredoes not seem to be any cleaning going on at all. They seem to be hiding to make it seem as if the location is close.
